An utterly stunning example in show room condition. This BMW 5 Series was originally owned by BMW and used by one of their UK Directors before it was acquired by its current owner on the 5th of March 1997. The vehicle has been properly maintained and garaged its entire life so the paint work (Calypsorot-Metallic) is superb. The upholstery is top quality grey leather throughout which like the paint is in fabulous condition and free from any marks or stains. Quite frankly the leather in this vehicle puts a modern Range Rover interior to shame. The dash detailing is in a rich burr walnut veneer which extends to the gear stick. Gear changes on the 5 speed gearbox are crisp and precise which perfectly reflects the vehicles low mileage. Other original refinements include alloy wheels, power assisted steering, electrically operated windows for both front and rear doors, electrically operated sun roof, trip computer system and Dolby radio cassette player. All features are original and in perfect working order. The model E34 5 series doesn’t come any later or better than this example, I believe this car would make an excellent acquisition for a BMW connoisseur who intends to maintain and care for this car in the manner of its current owner. If kept in it’s current condition, then the vehicle will surely appreciate in value in the coming years as it truly is a rare example of an iconic car that was the first to sport many features that have become synonymous with the BMW brand.
